HELP! How do I _____?

Where are my favorite homes & saved searches?

Click on your name in the top right corner (On Mobile click the 3 dashes) go to "Account settings" and there you go! You should see your Favorites, Searches & Account info tabs. Click the one you need.

What search options should I use?

We offer way more than needed when it comes to search options but try these to start:

Once you’ve chosen the basics (Area, price, beds, baths & property type) go to MORE

There are usually only a few options we recommend to start with here:

Purchase Type= For Sale

Listing Status= Active

Terms= FHA & if you’re approved for it select Conventional

You can always modify & make more searches later (Less really is more) to start

IF you find less than you were expecting go back and loosen up the search a bit until you find what you’re looking for

If you just can’t seem to find the homes you’re looking for send us a message below and we will customize a search for you.

Please include:

Area of Interest, Max price, Loan type that you’re approved for and ANY other "Must Haves" you need in a home.

Please remember the more lenient you can be the more homes you will see.
